I had a mixed stay at M1 Hotel in Hong Kong. The location was fantastic, right near the MTR and local food spots. However, the room was quite small and I encountered recurring issues with cleanliness, especially the towels. Customer service was hit-or-miss, which added to my frustration during the stay.

Rooms
5.0
The room was clean but definitely smaller than expected, and I had issues with the towels being dirty despite asking for replacements. The amenities were okay, but overall it felt cramped.
Service
5.0
The staff weren't very friendly, and I felt a lack of helpfulness during my stay. It was frustrating when I was charged extra for my backpack after check-out.
Location
8.0
The location was a highlight for me. It was super convenient to hop on the MTR, and there were great food choices nearby, including a cute dessert spot I loved.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were on the pricey side for what was offered, and the breakfast was just average. I felt like I had better options outside the hotel.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were minimal, and while I appreciated the laundry services, I wished there were more options available for guests.

My stay at M1 Hotel in Mong Kok was generally pleasant. The location was fantastic, being so close to the MTR station, and the staff offered commendable service. However, I did find the towels to be a major concern as they often had issues with cleanliness.

Rooms
6.0
The premium king room was smaller than expected, and the mattress wasn't the most comfortable. It would benefit from a thicker mattress option to enhance sleep quality.
Service
9.0
The front desk staff, especially Rocky and Heidee, were incredibly helpful and spoke fluent English. Their service was quick and polite, making my stay enjoyable.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is definitely its strong point, right next to the MTR exit and surrounded by various eateries. It made exploring the area very convenient.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were a bit limited and didn't quite meet my expectations for breakfast. Prices seemed steep, and I had to go out to find better meals.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities offered like a handy mobile phone for unlimited calls and Wi-Fi were nice touches. However, I felt the overall amenities could be improved.

My stay at M1 Hotel was a mixed bag. The location was super convenient, just a couple of minutes from the Yau Ma Tei station, but the room was pretty tight and could use some serious cleaning. Strong AC helped beat the heat, but I wasn't thrilled with the lack of WiFi, which was a letdown.

Rooms
5.0
The room was very small, hardly enough space to move around, and the bathroom setup was cramped. It had a decent design, but the shower was mildewy and overall cleanliness felt lacking.
Service
5.0
Service was hit or miss. The cleaning staff did a good job, but I found the front desk unhelpful at times, especially when I wanted to deposit my luggage without extra charges.
Location
5.0
The location was a major plus; super close to MTR and a short walk to shopping areas, but the immediate surroundings felt a bit uncomfortable due to the recycling center nearby.
Dining
5.0
Dining options weren't great. Prices for meals felt steep, and breakfast was really minimal, plus it wasn't included in my rate, which left me feeling a bit hungry.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were basic but adequate. I appreciated having laundry services available, which helped during my stay.

7.2/10

The stay at M1 Hotel was generally good, with a fantastic location and decent service, although the small room size and basic amenities left something to be desired. I appreciated the cleanliness and the strong air conditioning, but the bathroom setup could have been better. Overall, it's a convenient option for short stays.

Rooms
5.0
The room was quite small, barely accommodating two suitcases against the wall. It was clean, though the bathroom design left much to be desired, as it only had a curtain for privacy while showering.
Service
5.0
The front desk staff was polite and helpful during check-in, though they could have been a bit more accommodating with my non-refundable booking situation.
Location
6.0
The location is fantastic, just steps from the MTR and close to the bustling night market, making it easy to explore the city after a long day.
Dining
5.0
Dining options weren't included, and the restaurant on the first floor was not worth its price—horrible food for what you pay.
Facilities
5.0
While there are basic facilities like laundry available, I found them rather minimal. The provided amenities like towels and toiletries were good but basic.

My stay at M1 Hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, just one block from the Mong Kok MTR station and close to popular markets. However, the room was quite small and not as comfortable as I had hoped. While the staff were mostly friendly and helpful, the inconsistency in service left something to be desired.

Rooms
5.0
The room was incredibly small. barely any space to move around, and the bathroom setup was awkward without a proper shower room. I expected more comfort for the price I paid.
Service
6.0
The staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive. especially Rocky and Heidee, who provided excellent service. However, some aspects of room service were inconsistent and didn't meet my expectations.
Location
8.0
The hotel is perfectly located near the MTR. it's just a short walk to local markets and eateries. Although the surrounding area includes some unusual neighbors like coffin shops, it didn't detract much from the convenience.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were decent but not really good. breakfast choices felt limited and somewhat expensive for what was offered.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were basic at best. the laundry service was helpful, but I expected more amenities considering the rate I paid.
